Ampirical is seeking a Compliance and Support Specialist to uphold ISO standards, drive process improvements, and support audits across the Covington and Metairie offices. You will map processes, administer Elements and related tools, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality systems remain robust.
On-site duties include coordinating internal and external audits, onboarding, and leveraging Power BI alongside SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to maintain documentation and dashboards.
This position can be on-site in the Covington OR Metairie Office

Travel Required: Periodic travel to our Corporate Office in Covington, LA; no more than once per quarter. Must be on-site during external Audits to support Audit process.
