Manage the firm’s compliance, regulatory and reputational risks by ensuring adherence to laws, rules and regulations.

Our colleagues in Global Compliance are responsible for managing audits and inquiries, Compliance learning, surveillance and testing the firm’s risk management infrastructure.

BUSINESSES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

Global Compliance manages the firm’s compliance, regulatory and reputational risks by ensuring adherence to laws, rules and regulations. The division monitors trends and changes in regulations in all jurisdictions in which the firm does business and develops and implements firmwide and divisional policies and procedures.

Platform Solutions Across Platform Solutions (PS), we power our clients to serve and create better loyalty with their own clients and customers by delivering agile and modern cloud-based, developer-centric financial solutions. PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by key horizontal functions across engineering, operations and risk management:

  • Transaction Banking, a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system
  • Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers
  • Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers
  • ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds

Risk aims to effectively identify, monitor, evaluate and manage the firm’s financial and operational risks - including reputational risk - in support of the firm’s strategic plan. Operating in a fast-changing environment and utilizing the best in class risk framework, Risk teams are analytically curious, have an aptitude for challenges and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

  • Operational Risk - Develops and implements risk assessment and oversight frameworks designed to identify, monitor and manage non-financial risks such as those associated with systems, people, processes and external event

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
  • Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
