Responsibilities

• Review and validate Lumie-generated answers and compliance decisions.
• Execute compliance-related operational tasks.
• Respond to inbound support requests requiring compliance expertise.
• Update and maintain insurance information and compliance documentation.
• Review Certificates of Insurance, contracts, and related documentation.
• Assist with contract extraction.
• Create and maintain insurance requirement templates.
• Document and escalate bugs and workflow issues.
• Support customer onboarding related to compliance workflows.
• Manage Lumie Assurance workflows for paying customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
