Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of the compliance plan and onboarding activities.
• Assist with risk assessments and track strategic priorities.
• Analyze, review and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for new practices, processes or tools.
• Conduct legal research of regulatory requirements and best practices applicable to various departments.
• Engage with stakeholders across legal, IT, finance, HR, compliance, and operations to align on objectives.
• Translate complex compliance requirements into clear guidance for teams.
• Develop tools and resources for monitoring compliance activities.
• Support and help develop compliance training and education throughout the organization.
• Interact with government and third-party organizations to identify resources for compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and track compliance requirements with corporate policies and enterprise initiatives.
• Create reports and certifications summarizing overall compliance activities.
• Stay ahead of regulatory trends to advise management on evolving requirements.
• Act ethically within the scope of company policies and the law.
