The position emphasizes handling consumer disputes, debt verification, fraud and hardship claims, and ensuring timely, compliant resolution across offices in IL, NY, FL, GA.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, compliance, QA or dispute management preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

• Manage consumer disputes, verify debt requests, and track resolutions per directives.
