A leading utility company is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their Supply Management Center of Excellence (COE). This role is essential in ensuring regulatory, internal, and financial compliance across a highly regulated utility environment.

The Compliance Analyst will support end‑to‑end compliance activities—including data extraction, validation, reporting, and audit readiness—focused on procurement and contract processes. You will work hands‑on with SAP and Ariba to analyze procurement and contract data, supporting CPUC regulatory audits, internal audits, and continuous compliance monitoring.

Beyond audit support, this role contributes to the improvement and standardization of supply management policies, procedures, and internal controls. You may also assist with SOX testing, contract compliance reviews, and tactical contract management tasks.

Success in this role requires strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and seamless collaboration with cross‑functional teams including Supply Management, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, and Corporate Compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
