Job summary

Premium Parking is seeking a Compliance Agent to help keep our parking operations running smoothly. You will monitor facilities for compliance with posted rules, issue invoices, document activity with handheld devices, and assist guests with questions and directions.

You will conduct routine property inspections, report hazards and unusual activity, ensure equipment and signage are in good condition, and support events or peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided).
• Ability to understand and apply parking regulations.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs throughout a shift.
• Ability to work in and around moving vehicles and active traffic areas.
• Must pass required drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

At Premium Parking, we create great places to park. As a Compliance Agent, you'll play an important role in ensuring our parking facilities remain safe, organized, and accessible for everyone. Through a combination of customer service, field monitoring, and operational awareness, you'll help maintain a positive parking experience while supporting compliance with posted parking regulations.

What You'll Do
