Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Compliance Admin to support regulatory adherence and community housing programs in New Jersey. You will assist with household eligibility, ensure compliance with state standards, and help maintain accurate documentation for recertifications while coordinating with property staff and residents.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of LIHTC/HUD programs, and proficiency with compliance software. A high school diploma is required, with Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree or coursework in Business, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC and/or HUD programs is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect required documents from applicants and residents.
• Verify household income, assets, and composition.
• Submit third-party income and asset verification requests.
• Maintain and organize compliance files accurately.
• Assist with household income calculations and communicate with staff and residents.
