Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Rehab Technology Supplier (RTS) to evaluate, recommend, and provide customized Complex Rehabilitation Technology. You will work with clients, families, and clinicians to meet mobility goals and maximize independence.

The role requires clinical understanding of mobility devices, strong customer service, and the ability to grow referral networks while maintaining compliance with funding and vendor requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience in Assistive Technology direct customer-related services.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients and recommend CRT equipment based on therapy findings and physician orders.
• Deliver and fit equipment to meet evaluation goals.
• Collaborate with customers, caregivers, and clinicians to determine needs.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals year over year.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and customers.
• Maintain vendor eligibility status to ensure access to facilities.
• Keep informed on funding requirements and technological advances in Rehab Technology.
• Adhere to Numotion policies and confidentiality; provide excellent customer service.
