Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Rehab Technology Supplier to assess and customize Complex Rehabilitation Technology for clients. You will work closely with clients, families, therapists and physicians to maximize independence through appropriate equipment and services.

Role requires clinical knowledge, strong communication skills and a drive to build relationships with referral sources, while meeting productivity goals and maintaining vendor eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in Assistive Technology direct customer-related services.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Clinical, technical and interpersonal skills for needs analysis of complex mobility issues.
• Experience with compliant billing (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).
• Experience with CRT equipment and assistive devices.
• Experience selling DME equipment.
• Knowledge of mobility-related conditions (SCI, CP, MS, stroke).
• Comprehensive understanding of power/manual wheelchairs, seating systems and adaptive controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs, goals and environmental factors.
• Deliver and fit equipment to meet evaluator goals and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, families and clinicians to formulate equipment recommendations.
• Meet and exceed productivity goals year over year.
• Grow referral networks and maintain relationships to optimize opportunities.
• Maintain eligibility status with vendor systems for continuous access.
• Stay updated on funding requirements and tech advances in rehab tech.
• Build new relationships and referral sources.
• Uphold Numotion Leadership Principles with integrity and compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to Numotion policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
