Job summary

Numotion seeks an Assistive Technology Professional to evaluate clients, recommend CRT solutions, and ensure proper fitting and training of mobility equipment. The role collaborates with physicians, therapists, and families to maximize independence and quality of life.

The ATP will conduct assessments, manage procurement, and provide education on operation and maintenance of assistive devices, while maintaining certifications and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to generate appropriate CRT equipment recommendations.
• Working knowledge of compliant rehab billing processes (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, clients and caregivers to develop individualized care plans.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on identified needs and goals.
• Manage procurement through specification to delivery.
• Provide training to clients, families and caregivers on safe use of equipment.
• Document client interactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain certifications/licenses and adhere to regulations.
