Numotion in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Seating Technician to assist in assembly, delivery, and fitting of CRT equipment for clients. You will support the ATP team, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain safety standards while delivering high-quality service.

Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; strong communication and customer-service skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; or at least one year of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assist ATP team with equipment assembly and delivery.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment to meet client goals with minimal oversight.
• Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate solutions with the ATP.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and in good condition.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing business accounts.
• Complete documentation accurately in line with Numotion policies.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in required trainings.
• Collaborate with ATPs and customers to align solutions with needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns promptly.
