Job summary

Klinedinst PC is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of general litigation, business litigation, or financial services experience to join our Sacramento office, with the opportunity to handle matters statewide.

Candidates must be California licensed with strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will independently manage cases, develop discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and draft dispositive motions while delivering thoughtful advocacy for our clients.

Qualifications

• California-licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience in general, business, or financial services litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and a passion for advocacy.
• Experience structuring discovery plans, taking/defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, and drafting dispositive motions.
• Experience representing clients in the financial industry is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Pay range: $145,000-170,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases and analyze complex issues.
• Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions.
• Manage document-intensive cases and draft dispositive motions.
• Prepare for trial and contribute to multi-state litigation where applicable.
