Job summary

Klinedinst PC seeks a California-licensed attorney with at least 3 years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, or financial services to join our Sacramento office. The role offers the opportunity to handle matters across the state, with a dynamic team and a path for growth.

Ideal candidates will independently manage cases, develop discovery plans, take depositions, draft motions, and prepare for trial, with any relevant financial-industry experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be California-licensed attorney.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general, business, or financial services litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience structuring discovery plans and taking depositions is preferred.
• Diligent and capable of handling complex cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases and analyze/research complex issues.
• Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases.
• Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial.
• Possess experience representing clients in financial industry is a plus.
