Qualifications

• Active membership in the California Bar is required.
• At least 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Trial experience is a major plus.
• Experience in sexual abuse, employment law, or mass action litigation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from initial intake through trial.
• Work closely with clients to assess needs and develop effective legal strategies.
• Stay current with California law, including updates relevant to PI, employment, and mass action claims.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to grow your client base and referral sources.
• Engage with local, state, and national trial lawyer organizations.
