The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in complex commercial litigation, strong drafting, deposition and discovery skills, and a JD from an ABA-accredited school with Georgia bar admission or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of complex commercial litigation or business litigation experience.
• Experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, contract claims and business torts.
• Litigation in state and federal courts; drafting pleadings and motions.

Responsibilities

• Manage significant portions of complex civil matters with partners and clients.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Take and defend depositions and coordinate with fact and expert witnesses.
• Oversee discovery, document production and case strategy; prepare for hearings and trials.
