Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the firm's long-tail claim consulting within our Complex Liability Practice. You will drive recoveries for corporate clients by negotiating with carriers, mapping legacy policies, and reconstructing historical programs.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in mass tort and long-tail claims (Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Environmental/Pollution) and hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years evaluating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer, law firm, or insurance archaeology firm.
• Direct history with mass tort and long-tail claims (Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Environmental/Pollution).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Core skills include Long tail claim, Complex Liability Practice, Risk Management Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Negotiation: Secure insurance recoveries and loss allocations directly from carriers and adjusters.
• Policy Mapping: Review legacy insurance policy documents to build coverage charts and track payments.
• Insurance Archaeology: Research and reconstruct historic multi-year corporate insurance programs.
• Claim Management: Own the end-to-end insurer communication workflow, including notice, tender, and cost-share agreements.
