Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a Senior Claims Examiner to manage a portfolio of high-severity, complex liability claims from first notice through resolution. You will conduct investigations, analyze coverage and damages, and adjust reserves as needed to reflect exposure.

You will also negotiate settlements with claimants, carriers, and legal counsel while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative setting.

• Extensive experience handling high-severity liability claims.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reserving practices.
