We are looking to add to our Events Team!
As Event Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating event execution between the hotel and clients during meetings or events.
You will act as the liaison between the customer and the hotel, directing each department to fulfill their roles during on-site events. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, encouraging repeat business, and maximizing revenue through upselling products and services. You will serve as the primary contact for event planning and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
