Located in Harrisburg, the position is primarily in-office with flexibility. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000+ based on experience, plus a multi-component bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience (state and federal).
• Strong writing, analysis, and client communication.
• PA bar is required.
• Experience with commercial/business disputes, real estate, and related litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex commercial litigation work with meaningful case ownership.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to prepare pleadings and briefs.
• Appear in court as needed and contribute to trial preparation.
