Pulse Nursing at Home is hiring a Female Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker to deliver bespoke homecare to children and adults with complex needs in the Harwick area. You will provide personal care, assist with medications and support with clinical interventions on a 1:1 basis in clients’ homes.
Shift patterns are 12-hour, 24/7 coverage with competitive hourly pay (£14.86–£17.10). Training is provided to support complex care requirements and community engagement to enrich clients’ lives.

As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.
In this role, you will be supporting our client at home, helping them access the community and live life to the fullest. Our client has complex needs and you will be trained on their interventions. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients’ clinical interventions (all training will be provided).
