Job summary

HCA HealthONE in Denver seeks a Complex Care Flex RN to float across elite, high-acuity units and deliver exceptional patient care. You will manage complex cases, including transplant-related scenarios, under supportive leadership and structured orientation.

The role emphasizes autonomy, a self-scheduling model, and a strong focus on work-life balance. An active Colorado RN license with 1–2 years hospital experience and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• You hold an active RN license and have at least 1–2 years of hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fixer: Float across elite specialized units to stabilize and support high-acuity patient environments.
• Manage Complexity: Drive care for vulnerable, fascinating patient populations (cellular therapies, organ recipients, major neuro-resections, epilepsy monitoring, complex reconstructions, multisystem medical issues).
• Deliver Elite Quality: Focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes with well-being in balance.

The Schedule Logistics

• Flexibility First: Complete control over your daily shifts via our self-scheduling model.
• The Commitment: Only 3 to 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule block.
• Holiday Rotation: Fair and predictable schedule with assigned major holidays handled on a rotating basis.

Who You Are (The Match/Qualifications)

• The Professional: You are a go-getter, self-driven, and highly accountable. You hold an active RN license and have at least 1-2 years of hospital experience.

• Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado, or active multistate licensure.
• Current BLS with American Hearth Association or American Red Cross.
• Current ACLS with American Hearth Association or American Red Cross.

• At least 1-2 years of hospital RN experience.
• No travel required! This is a faclity float position.
