Job summary

Gulfstream is seeking a Summer Engineering Intern to assist with compiling engineering packages to meet aircraft specs and FAA standards. You’ll support engineering staff, apply core engineering principles, and collaborate across departments to develop optimized manufacturing solutions.

The role is on-site in Savannah, GA for 12–14 weeks during Summer 2027, starting May 2027. Strong CAD skills and reliability are essential; visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Provide technical assistance to engineering staff and complete engineering tasks on schedule.
• Apply engineering knowledge and company procedures to resolve aircraft-related issues.

• Develop knowledge of company products and aircraft systems.
• Communicate across Operations, Engineering, Sales, Material, and Procurement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher
• Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Summer 2027 semester, beginning in May 2027
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded); must be listed on resume
• Proficiency in CAD Software
