Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Completions Engineer in Salt Lake City, UT to lead and execute the completions activities during the commissioning phase of a major project. The role focuses on delivering a fully certified handover, maintaining cost discipline, and ensuring all documentation is ready for safe energization.

Key responsibilities include developing the completions process, producing procedures, coordinating with the commissioning team, and ensuring CCMS data integrity for turnover to operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of Completions and ability to develop Completions content
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proactive, self-starter with initiative and clear communication
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading Completions teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the project Completions process in a safe, structured, and cost-efficient manner.
• Deliver Completions services and personnel for the project while maintaining high standards.
• Maintain and deliver the Completions function within budget and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Produce Completions procedures and documents for the project; review and update existing procedures.
• Coordinate with Commissioning personnel to define roles for system acceptance and turnover/handover.
• Ensure documentation is uploaded to the CCMS and ready for safe handover.
