Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Completions Coordinator to support Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities for the MMR Project in Salt Lake City. You will assist the Completions Manager with CCMS data, turnover documentation, and coordinating test sheets and procedures.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with CCMS, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical diploma or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Completions management systems, preferably Omega.

Responsibilities

• Generate CCMS status reports.
• Organize test documents submitted by field personnel.
• Assist in coordinating vendors for commissioning and maintain vendor reports.
• Prepare turnover packages for turnover readiness.
• Verify CCMS documentation and readiness for progress to later stages.
• Deliver weekly status updates on turnover, Pre-commissioning and commissioning.
