Job summary

Brunel Energy is recruiting an Execution Completions Engineer II to work on a 1-year contract in Spring, TX. The role focuses on detailed engineering designs and coordinating all phases of well planning and execution.

You will ensure designs meet geological and reservoir objectives while upholding safety, environmental protections, and high engineering integrity. Collaboration with safety, operations, and JV partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with completion design; subsea systems knowledge is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English for technical and business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate well planning and execution.
• Ensure designs meet geological and reservoir objectives while maintaining integrity, safety, and env protection.
• Develop cost-effective completion designs and investment plans.
• Collaborate with safety, environmental and field ops personnel to improve safety performance.
• Support completions and workovers, including project execution and post-project evaluations.
• Act as liaison with joint venture partners.
• Identify opportunities to apply completion tech to reduce costs and improve execution.
