Job summary

Rwdy-Inc is seeking an Execution Completions Engineer II in Spring, TX, offering $126/hr on a 1099 contract basis. The role runs a 14 days on / 14 days off, with 12-hour shifts and travel allowances.

Start date is November 16, 2026, with a tentative end date one year later. You will prepare detailed well designs and coordinate planning and execution to meet reservoir and geological objectives while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with safety, environmental, and field operations personnel to optimize safety performance.
• Be responsible for new completions and workovers, including execution and completion of timing projects, post-evaluation of capital projects, and financial accruals of timing projects.
• Act as the interface/liaison engineer with the joint venture partner.
• Identify opportunities to better apply completions technology to decrease completion costs and improve timing efficiencies.
• Prepare completion cost analyses and estimates, and partner with Drilling to plan completion costs.

Scope

Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate all phases of planning and completing a well. Ensure the geological and reservoir objectives of the well are met while applying the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection to well design and execution.

Prepare designs and well plans representing optimal costs and investments for the wells. In a technical role, provide review and support to drill team designs and operations, and evaluate and progress new technology, which could include subsea technology.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to Level I tasks, the Level II Completions Engineer will:

• Work with safety, environmental, and field operations personnel to optimize safety performance.

Education & Experience

• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, particularly for technical and business communications.
