Job summary

Kaz Project Operating LLP is seeking an experienced QA/Project handover professional to support commissioning activities and handover processes. You will liaise on boundary drawings, assist in using the Project Completion System, and coordinate acceptance activities with multiple contractors.

The role emphasizes quality control, documentation review, and leading handover efforts through to final operation. Requires an engineering degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management and project handover processes.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Company ICAT to define commissioning boundary drawings for the project.
• Support EP Onshore teams in using the Project Completion System and resolve issues.
• Monitor accuracy of contractor information in ITR/CLs and punched lists.
• Prepare and verify Mechanical Completion dossiers per Company procedures.
• Act as focal point for Handover Acceptance during mechanical completion and commissioning.
• Coordinate Handover Certificate Acceptance through to final handover with contractors.
• Assist in developing reports on quality and turnover metrics.
• Support Turnover Supervisor and review Close-Out documentation.
• Assist in formal system handover to operation.

Job Accountabilities

Job Accountabilities

• Liaise and agree with Company ICAT the Commissioning Sub System limit boundary drawings to be utilized by the Project.
• Support Execution Contractors/EP Onshore Project team in the use Project Completion System resolving any issues raised against functionality.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of Execution Contractor information relative to ITR/CLs, punchlists uploaded into the Project Completion System.
• Ensure the correct preparation and acceptance of Execution Contractors Mechanical Completion Dossiers against the requirements of approved Company Procedures.
• Focal point for Handover Acceptance Certificate Walkdowns during Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases, subsequent punchlists raised against walkdowns and ensuring the accurate information uploaded into Project Completion System.
• Coordinate the Handover Certificate Acceptance from Mechanical, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Completion through to final handover of facilities to Start Up and Operate with Execution Contractors/EP Onshore Project teams.
• Ensuring the correct preparation/accuracy of System/CU Commissioning Dossiers against the requirements of approved Company Procedures and final check prior to submission to ICAT Commissioning Manager for acceptance.
• Assist in the development of statistical (Detail & Summary) reports for issue to EP Onshore Project teams.
• Support Turnover Supervisor by reporting and update of all matters relating to the Turnover Process and giving assistance when required.
• Review Close-Out documentation received from Contractor
• Review and validate documentations to facilitate formal system Handover to Operation
• To work as a part of a team in the Contract Close-Out, coordinates work with other departments and outside Company.
• Support Production team to complete the outstanding activities remaining after the handover from Project to Production.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Engineering University Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Sufficient knowledge in technical, specialized fields built on an understanding of theoretical concepts and principles.
• Ability to explain and apply the theory. Skilled in practical matters who is master of the "know -how' due to his specialist experience.
• Collects, organizes, monitors, and distributes information related to quality and process improvement functions, possibly including but not limited to compliance to and/or documentation of quality management standards.
• Provides advice, facilitation, and training on the development, administration, and technical aspects of an organization’s quality improvement efforts at any or all levels.
• Has an expertise or specialty in some or all aspects of the quality field.
