United Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented Complaint Sample Processing Associate to support intake, documentation, examination, and retention sample management. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with basic lab exposure or interest in quality and laboratory operations.

Responsibilities include receipt and processing of samples, visual inspections, capturing photographs, and entering data into LIMS, while maintaining GDP and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s in a science-related field preferred.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to enter and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions.
• Good organizational and documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify returned complaint samples and documentation.
• Perform initial visual checks and record observations in LIMS.
• Capture photographs and document sample conditions and packaging.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of samples.
• Enter intake and examination data into LIMS and attach photos.
• Coordinate destruction of samples per SOPs and maintain destruction records.
