Qualifications

• Experience coaching Speech & Debate and integrating it with classroom instruction.
• Ability to develop rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum for ELA or Social Studies.
• Strong collaboration with department and campus staff to support student achievement.

Responsibilities

• Teach two Debate courses for novice and advanced students.
• Teach four advanced ELA or Social Studies courses based on certification and campus needs.
• Develop instruction aligned with Texas standards and district curriculum.
• Support students in research, writing, argumentation, public speaking, and critical-thinking.
