Eisenhower High School is seeking an Assistant Debate Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. The coach will instruct student-athletes in debate strategies and techniques to prepare them for competition, while fostering teamwork and school pride.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification or the ability to obtain Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) Rule 10 certification.
• Fundamental knowledge of the assigned sport or activity.
• Ability to utilize a variety of instructional methods to teach sport-specific skills and objectives.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct student-athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition.
• Provide a positive educational experience that fosters skill development, teamwork, and an appreciation for the sport.
• Model sportsmanship, school pride, and community involvement in practice and games.
