  • Willing to work cooperatively in all aspects of our interscholastic athletic program.
  • Experience as a player and coach in this sport.
  • Desired: Current First Aid Certification.
  • Desired: Current CPR Certification.
  • Desired: Evidence of completing the MHSAA Athletic Coaches Education program or internship with a head coach.
  • Desired: Basic knowledge of prevention and care of athletic injuries.
  • Desired: Ability to relate well with students, parents, and school personnel.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for all aspects of the coaching position.
Physical Requirements:
  • This position requires long periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
  • This position requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.
  • Work may take place both indoors and outdoors, with some travel to other schools.
Wage:
  • MDMEA members: 5% per Schedule B or $2,538.00
