Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

Aufgaben

• Review and provide input on documents and specifications within defined timelines before transmission to Product Areas (PAs).
• Partner with PAs and Product Area Compliance Leads (PACLs) to provide guidance on remediating compliance risks.
• Define and implement structured controls, helping teams use automated controls to reduce manual effort.
• Conduct formal domain-specific risk assessments and inform inherent and residual risk ratings with non-legal inputs.
• Define and monitor KPIs and KRIs to provide stakeholders with visibility into compliance health.
