It caters to the needs of both large multi‑national organizations and small to mid‑sized organizations with limited budgets. The tool provides robust support for managing surveys and benchmarking, often at a price point less than half of comparable systems. The Compensation Tool also offers a free survey management tool for new users.

Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Compensation Support Specialist. The Compensation Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for users, assisting customers with inquiries, and offering guidance on the use of the Comp Tool. This role also involves analytical tasks to identify and resolve issues and ensure excellent communication with clients to enhance their overall experience. This role differs from that of a compensation analyst or consultant, as it does not provide consultative services to clients. Instead, it provides guidance on how to utilize CompTool to support their compensation practices effectively.

Pay
