JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Compensation Senior Associate to design and execute compensation strategies for Consumer & Community Banking. The role focuses on market data, analytics, offer reviews, and annual cycle administration to attract and retain talent in a dynamic environment.
You will partner with HR Business Partners, provide analytical insights to senior management, and support end-to-end compensation planning across multiple client groups.
The Consumer & Community Banking Compensation team has an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, experienced Compensation Senior Associate to create and execute compensation strategies for key business groups within Chase. As a Compensation Senior Associate, you must possess an important balance of analytical capabilities, business acumen, organizational agility, and strategic thinking to drive initiatives that directly support JPMorgan Chase's corporate function.
As a Compensation Senior Associate supporting Consumer & Community Banking, you will execute the compensation strategy for your assigned client area. You will devise and implement compensation approaches to attract, reward and retain the talent necessary to meet JPMCs goals in a rapidly changing environment. Your responsibilities will encompass market data and analytics, compensation trend analyses, offer review, and annual compensation cycle administration and reporting.
