The role requires deep compensation expertise, financial modeling (SQL/Python/R), executive presence, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of compensation or analytics experience in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience advising C-level technical leaders on critical compensation decisions.
  • Ownership of complex global compensation program design and strategy.
  • Broad knowledge of compensation disciplines including pay structure, equity design, and pay equity.
  • Expertise in third-party survey methodologies and benchmarking across geographies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and model building using SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Compensation Partner, Technology to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will serve as a strategic advisor to Technology leadership, helping shape compensation decisions that support hiring, retention, and long-term talent strategy. The position will partner closely with senior stakeholders and Total Rewards colleagues to design competitive programs for technical talent. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep compensation expertise, financial modeling skills, and executive presence to influence outcomes across a global environment.

The work will focus on market positioning, program design, and cost-effective compensation strategies that align with business goals and support a high-growth technology organization.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $204,000 – $255,000 annually
