Passion for educating partners on compensation strategy impact.
U.S. Person status due to export-controlled access.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation programs and projects to scale People infrastructure.
Guide leadership through annual and mid-year compensation cycles.
Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
Lead job evaluations, market pricing, and internal/external equity analyses.
Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and legal teams on compensation initiatives.
Develop training materials for managers and employees on compensation topics.
Drive change management and communications around compensation practices.
