Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Compensation Manager to partner with Field Ops HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leadership. This hybrid role focuses on hourly pay structures, location-tiered wage grids, and compliance for frontline teams, while governing sales incentive plans with RevOps and Finance.

You will lead annual plan rollouts, audit quota distributions, and provide executive-level insights from HRIS/SPM data. A 4-days-in-office hybrid model supports collaboration and culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive compensation roles with hands-on sales comp design and administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as Compensation partner for Field Ops HRBPs and leadership to evaluate pay dynamics and frontline retention.
• Design, maintain, and audit hourly pay structures and location-tiered wage grids; lead annual reviews.
• Monitor minimum wage shifts across jurisdictions for 100% compliance.
• Draft and maintain Sales Incentive Plan documents and governance policies with RevOps and Finance.
• Lead annual rollout of sales compensation plans and manager education on plan mechanics.
• Track quota attainment and ROI with RevOps data feeds for executive insights.
• Run ad hoc compensation analyses and pay equity reviews from core HRIS/SPM databases.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to configure and maintain compensation data in the HCM platform.
