PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead development, implementation, and communication of compensation programs across the Total Rewards portfolio.
The role focuses on budgeting analysis, policy alignment with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will oversee HRIS data accuracy, incentive calculations, and reporting to determine pay grades, while guiding senior leaders with creative pay solutions.

Manages the development, implementation, maintenance and communication of the organization's compensation programs, policies and processes. Oversees the analysis of budgets and plans within various pay programs. Advises senior management on aligning the pay programs, policies and procedures with organizational goals; implements creative solutions to specific comp-related programs. Ensures the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and regulations compliance, making timely revisions when needed, and keeping senior staff informed of any updated policies. Oversees the data within the HRIS to ensure the accuracy of compensation information including incentive calculations, approvals for award payments, and payment records. Manages job evaluations, salary surveys, and all analytical reporting to prepare recommendations and determine pay grades based on findings.

Base Salary: $50,000.00 – $274,560.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
