In this role, you will lead compensation analysis, annual compensation processes, equity administration, executive compensation support, and reporting for key stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, and business leadership. You will translate complex compensation and equity information into clear insights, practical recommendations, and scalable processes that strengthen decision‑making across the organization.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000

Salary Range: $103,700.00 - $162,100.00 PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate.
