Job summary

Hunt is seeking a Compensation Specialist to support the administration of compensation programs, maintain confidential employee data, and ensure accuracy in our HRIS. You will help with job descriptions, evaluations, and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay and alignment with our total rewards philosophy.

The role involves researching salary data, preparing reports, auditing data for integrity, and collaborating with the Compensation team to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 1 year experience in HR, specifically in compensation, data management or analysis.
• Strong research, data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Proficient with HR systems and data integrity processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and preparing job descriptions, evaluations and classifications.
• Assist in researching and reviewing jobs during reorganizations and projects; document findings.
• Support maintenance of job and compensation structures and classifications.
• Administer processes and programs in HR systems; ensure timely job creation and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Compensation team to review classifications and pay levels; communicate results.
