Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Compensation Consultant (Fully Remote-USA)

We’re excited to be partnered with a leading organization on a fully remote opportunity for a Compensation Consultant. This is a high-impact, permanent position for an early in career compensation professional (1 to 2 years of experience preferred).

  • Partner with managers to support fair and consistent compensation practices.
  • Analyze market compensation trends and provide data-informed recommendations.
  • Maintain salary structures and job descriptions.
  • Evaluate new/revised positions and assign grades using job mapping and FLSA standards.
  • Lead annual market pricing and compensation planning cycles.
  • Support compensation-related budgeting processes.
  • Respond to internal compensation inquiries.
  • Develop reports and visuals for stakeholders, including executive-level presentations.

Key Skills and Tools

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis, budgeting, and market research.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate complex data clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Systems: Proficient in Excel, HRIS, data visualization, and statistical tools.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented, working across HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Compensation-related field).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in compensation, HR, or financial analytics; or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
