Earned is a tax-smart financial services firm delivering integrated advisory solutions for doctors and practices. We are hiring a Compensation & Benefits Accounting Manager to own payroll accounting, benefits, 401(k), bonuses, and equity compensation across multiple entities.

You will partner with HR and Payroll to keep people costs accurate, compliant with multi-state payroll taxes, and clearly explained in internal reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (4 years).
• Experience in payroll, benefits, and equity compensation preferred.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll accounting, benefits and 401(k), commissions and bonuses.
• Manage payroll accruals and equity compensation for multiple entities.
• Partner with HR and Payroll to keep people costs accurate and explained.
