Job Overview

A law firm seeks a compensation and benefits attorney in Charlotte, NC, with at least five years of experience in tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans. Additional experience in compensation and benefits is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong communication, logical reasoning, research, and organizational skills.

Duties

• Advise clients on compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements

• Membership to the State Bar in the candidate's expected location.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
