Qualifications

• 1–2 years of compensation experience, including exposure to market pricing or job benchmarking.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel with data manipulation and lookups.
• Working knowledge of compensation concepts including market pricing, salary ranges, and job evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with an HRIS or compensation system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing positions using surveys and market data.
• Evaluate and classify positions using job architecture and compensation methodologies.
• Analyze compensation data for new hires, promotions, transfers, and pay adjustments.
• Support annual compensation planning including merit increases and salary reviews.
• Participate in compensation surveys, data validation and analysis of results.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and models.
• Support pay equity, transparency, and compliance activities; document disparities.
• Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems.
