SNC is seeking a Compensation Analyst I to support compensation programs, market analyses, and job evaluations. You will partner with HR and Finance to maintain competitive, compliant pay structures and assist with audits, reporting, and compensation surveys.
The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field with 0–2 years of experience; a strong analytical mindset, Excel skills, and solid communication are essential. The position offers a hybrid office environment and growth opportunities.

You will assist with market analyses, support job evaluations and internal leveling and documentation activities, and partner with HR, Finance, and business teams to help maintain effective compensation programs, while building the analytical and collaborative skills that form the foundation of a successful compensation career.
As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
