Sierra Nevada Corporation in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a Workday Technical Lead to architect and build end-to-end Workday integrations, Extend apps, and data architectures, balancing development craft with thoughtful design.
Reporting to the Workday IT Product Owner, you will translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions, lead integration patterns, and guide engineering across security, APIs, and AI-enabled initiatives, driving enterprise-grade outcomes.

This role directly reports to the Workday IT Product Owner. You will be the go‑to technical point of contact for our Workday developer platform — Integrations, Extend, AI, and Data — partnering with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to turn loosely defined problems into well‑designed, scalable solutions. If you're a motivated problem solver who loves both the craft of development and the challenge of design, this role was built for you.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
