Addison Group is partnering with a multi‑state healthcare organization to identify an experienced Compensation Analyst for a project‑based engagement. The organization operates across several U.S. markets and is conducting a comprehensive review of its compensation structure.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support a large‑scale compensation review initiative. The role focuses on evaluating and recalibrating salary ranges, pay bands, and job classifications across multiple states. The analyst will conduct detailed market research and internal pay analysis to ensure compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with geographic variations. This fully remote position requires flexible scheduling; approximately 40 hours per week are expected, but work may be performed outside standard business hours. The project is anticipated to last at least three months and must be completed before a major internal meeting later this summer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of compensation ranges across multiple states
  • Analyze internal pay data against current market benchmarks
  • Adjust salary bands to reflect geographic differentials (state‑by‑state variance)
  • Evaluate and organize pay structures for approximately 15 job titles spanning 40 classifications
  • Compile research findings and supporting documentation for executive review
  • Ensure updated compensation frameworks align with existing guardrails and company strategy
  • Partner closely with senior HR leadership throughout the project lifecycle
