You will conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and analytics, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Finance, and HR Business Partners to guide compensation decisions and drive strategic workforce planning.

Operating along the Eastern half of the United States, based in our Home Office in Central New York, with Regional Office locations including NYC, Dallas and Charlotte.
Responsible for supporting the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs that ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role conducts job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and compensation analyses while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Benefits, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation guidance. The position manages compensation-related projects, supports annual salary and incentive programs, maintains HR technology and reporting solutions, and delivers workforce analytics that inform strategic business decisions. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, project management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex compensation data into actionable insights.
Salary range:
$74,000 - $103,000
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range will take into consideration the individual’s work experience, geographic location, education, certification(s) or additional qualifications, and scope and responsibilities within the role.
