Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Compensation, HR, or another analytical role.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate data to make pay recommendations for new hires, promotions and other pay adjustments.
• Conduct job analysis and market studies for positions and advise on salary grade placement and FLSA classification.
• Facilitate the annual compensation review process with reporting and insights to leadership.
• Participate in surveys of total rewards practices and compile required compensation, benefits and perquisites data.
• Audit employee record changes and resolve issues; support development and evaluation of Total Rewards programs.

# Compensation Analyst1000 Darden Center Dr, Orlando FL 32837## Job DescriptionJOB OVERVIEW:The Compensation Analyst provides analytical support and compensation consulting, reporting to the Manager, Compensation. The primary focus of this position is to provide broad-based compensation support. This role will act as a compensation consultant for HR leaders, provide management with analysis and reports, and analyze and review compensation information to make compensation recommendations for employees. In addition, this position will interact with all levels of People Leaders and HR Leaders to make recommendations and resolve compensation related questions and issues.Must be able to prioritize and operate in a dynamic environment with competing deadlines. Strict confidentiality, a high-level of accuracy, and the ability to plan/lead projects are required. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop strong partnerships in order to identify and solve compensation-related issues.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-Analyze and evaluate relevant data to make pay recommendations for new hires, promotions, and other pay adjustments.-Conduct job analysis and market studies for positions throughout the organization. Provide recommendation on salary grade placement and FLSA exemption classification.-Facilitate the annual compensation review process.
